我要評(píng)論今天在美國(guó)服務(wù)器上配置mcafee的時(shí)候，發(fā)現(xiàn)的這個(gè)錯(cuò)誤，偶配置幾十臺(tái)機(jī)器，第一次見(jiàn)這個(gè)問(wèn)題，特整理了下。
McAfee更新失敗，提示"初始化Common Updater子系統(tǒng)失敗"的解決方法
作為一名忠實(shí)的麥粉，多年來(lái)我一直使用McAfee這款殺毒軟件。但最近一周開(kāi)始McAfee出現(xiàn)無(wú)法更新的狀況，自動(dòng)更新和手動(dòng)更新都失敗，彈出錯(cuò)誤提示窗口的信息為“初始化Common Updater子系統(tǒng)失敗.確保McAfee Framework service正在運(yùn)行.McAfee Framework service返回錯(cuò)誤 ffffffdf @ 3”。
我首先在Google查詢此問(wèn)題解決方案的關(guān)鍵字為 “McAfee 初始化 Common Updater 子系統(tǒng)失敗”，找到的結(jié)果非常多，但多為如何重裝McAfee的方法，其余的也屬無(wú)效答案，尤其是百度知道上的問(wèn)答頁(yè)面，其內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)直是匪夷所思。實(shí)在受不了，將查詢的關(guān)鍵字變?yōu)?ldquo;mcafee common updater ffffffdf”，只看英文結(jié)果。查詢結(jié)果第一條就是McAfee官方知識(shí)庫(kù)，在那里一次性找到了解決問(wèn)題的方法，不得不悲嘆國(guó)人回答科學(xué)式問(wèn)題的漫不經(jīng)心。
解決方法如下：
Re-Register the OLE32.DLL to Re-Populate the Registry
To re-register the OLE32.DLL:
Click Start, Run, type CMD and press ENTER.
From the command prompt, type: Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll and press ENTER.
The following RegSvr32 popup message is displayed:
DllRegisterServer in C:\WINNT\System32\ole32.dll succeeded
Click OK.
只需要重新注冊(cè)ole32.dll即可。我嘗試按步驟走了一遍，立即見(jiàn)效。
第二種方法：
運(yùn)行regedit進(jìn)入注冊(cè)表,刪除以下：
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\McAfee Framework
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Network Associates\TVD
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Network Associates\ePolicy orchestrator
以上三個(gè)必須刪除 然后重啟計(jì)算機(jī) 重啟后刪除以下目錄
C:\Program Files\Network Associates\Common Framework
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Network Associates
如果沒(méi)有all Users目錄，或者all users 目錄下沒(méi)有Network Associates 目錄的，利用查找功能，將Network Associates目錄刪除！
卸載，重裝后問(wèn)題解決。

其他辦法：
可能有用戶在Windows XP SP2測(cè)試版下使用McAfee時(shí)會(huì)遇到更新失敗的情況。為了解決這個(gè)問(wèn)題，你需要做如下設(shè)置：
1、“運(yùn)行”>“dcomcnfg.exe”
2、雙擊“組件服務(wù)>計(jì)算機(jī)>我的電腦”
3、展開(kāi)“DCOM配置”，打開(kāi)“FrameworkService”項(xiàng)的屬性。
4、選到“FrameworkService屬性”中的“安全”選項(xiàng)卡
5、在“啟動(dòng)與激活權(quán)限”下選“自定義”，點(diǎn)擊“編輯”按鈕。
6、在彈出的“啟動(dòng)權(quán)限”對(duì)話框中，“添加”你的windows登錄帳號(hào)和SYSTEM兩個(gè)用戶帳號(hào)，并分別給與“本地激活”的權(quán)限，確定退出。
7、OK，問(wèn)題解決了，現(xiàn)在McAfee可以正常更新了~

另外一個(gè)方法
1、Run：dcomcnfg.exe（在開(kāi)始－運(yùn)行里鍵入dcomconfig，執(zhí)行）
2、Component Services - Computers - My COmputer - DCOM config
3、找到FrameworkService，在Properties里選擇Security頁(yè)簽，將Launch and Activation Permissions 設(shè)置為“User Default”。
如果不安裝macfee的防火墻就一共應(yīng)該有7個(gè)進(jìn)程：
UpdaterUI.exe、shstat.exe、Tbmon.exe 、Vstskmgr.exe 、Mcshield.exe 、Frameworkservice.exe 、naPrdMgr.exe
UpdaterUI.exe：自動(dòng)升級(jí)進(jìn)（咖啡一個(gè)星期升級(jí)一次。）
shstat.exe：也就是你系統(tǒng)欄里那個(gè)盾牌一樣的圖標(biāo)，啟動(dòng)項(xiàng)處于注冊(cè)表內(nèi).(裝完重新啟動(dòng)系統(tǒng)后，圖標(biāo)才會(huì)出現(xiàn)在系統(tǒng)任務(wù)欄中。不過(guò)，即使沒(méi)有圖標(biāo)，VirusScan Enterprise 仍在運(yùn)行，且您的計(jì)算機(jī)仍受到保護(hù)。）
您可以通過(guò)檢查以下注冊(cè)表鍵進(jìn)行確認(rèn)：
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run ShStatEXE="C:\Program Files\Network Associates\VirusScan\SHSTAT.EXE"/STANDALONE
Tbmon.exe：錯(cuò)誤報(bào)告程序
Vstskmgr.exe（Network Associates Task Manager）：這個(gè)東西屬于系統(tǒng)服務(wù)。
Mcshield.exe：咖啡的核心，系統(tǒng)服務(wù)！
Frameworkservice.exe（McAfee Framework 服務(wù)，McAfee 產(chǎn)品的共享組件框架）：咖啡的后臺(tái)框架進(jìn)程，屬于服務(wù)。平時(shí)關(guān)閉的話，經(jīng)過(guò)我測(cè)試是不影響普通使用的，但是會(huì)影響升級(jí)，且這個(gè)進(jìn)程和Vstskmgr.exe不一樣，他不能自動(dòng)的去啟動(dòng)服務(wù)，如果你調(diào)整成手動(dòng)，那么你非得自己動(dòng)手去啟動(dòng)這個(gè)服務(wù)，才能運(yùn)行升級(jí)程序。
naPrdMgr.exe：這個(gè)進(jìn)程以前的版本就有，它是個(gè)Frameworkservice.exe在一起的，如果Frameworkservice.exe被停止，則它絕對(duì)不會(huì)在任務(wù)管理器里出現(xiàn)。
下面就打開(kāi)你的咖啡，（右擊系統(tǒng)托盤(pán)咖啡的圖標(biāo)，選virusscan控制臺(tái))
McAfeeFramework啟動(dòng)失敗后
McAfee無(wú)法更新病毒庫(kù)報(bào)錯(cuò)及安裝時(shí)報(bào)錯(cuò)情況下:
錯(cuò)誤1920/1923,“服務(wù)McAfeeFramework啟動(dòng)失敗。確認(rèn)有足夠的權(quán)限啟動(dòng)系統(tǒng)服務(wù).”及 “初始化常規(guī)更新程序子系統(tǒng)失敗。確保McAfee Framework Service 正在運(yùn)行。 McAfee Common Framework 返回錯(cuò)誤fffff95b@2/fffFFBC @ 3”等。
可以采用一種徹底的解決方法(基本解決MCAFEE出現(xiàn)的各種故障)
具體如下：
第一步：卸載McAfee產(chǎn)品，可以直接從添加刪除程序中刪除，也可采用命令卸載：
McAfee8.0 uninstall:
msiexec /x {7B256F27-273D-4358-8DBE-8C910EAF8857} REMOVE=ALL REBOOT=R /q
第二步：卸載agent： (沒(méi)有使用MCAFEE EPO 的請(qǐng)?zhí)^(guò)這一步)
McAfee Common Management Agent卸載：
"X:/Program Files/Network Associates/Common Framework/FrmInst.exe" /Remove=Agent
第三步：清理相關(guān)注冊(cè)表
刪除McAfee Common Management Agent服務(wù)(刪除McAfeeFramework鍵值)：
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/McAfeeFramework
McAfee VirusScan服務(wù)(刪除McShield及McTaskManager鍵值)：
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/McShield

如下注冊(cè)表處有相關(guān)鍵值直接刪除：

RUN鍵值項(xiàng)（刪除ShStatEXE及McAfeeUpdaterUI鍵值）：

第四步：重啟計(jì)算機(jī)；
第五步：刪除相關(guān)McAfee目錄(刪除相關(guān)Network Associates目錄):

FrameworkManifest.xml has become corrupted.
Solution 1
McAfee Agent 4.0
Changes in the design of the McAfee Agent 4.0 will prevent the corruption of the FrameworkManifest.xml file.
To download the McAfee Agent from the www.mcafee.com website, see KB54808 .
Solution 2
Common Management Agent
Solution 1 - Obtain FrameworkManifest.xml from another computer:
Locate another VirusScan Enterprise (VSE) computer where the updates are working without error.
Copy the FrameworkManifest.xml from the following path:
For VSE 8.5i (running on Windows Vista)
x:\Program Data\McAfee\Common Framework
For VSE 8.5i (running on Windows XP and earlier)
x:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\McAfee\Common Framework
For VSE 8.0i (running on Windows XP and earlier)
x:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Network Associates\Common Framework
Paste the file to portable media or network share that can be accessed by both computers.
Click Start, Run, type services.msc, and click OK.
Right-click McAfee Framework Service and select Stop.
Copy FrameworkManifest.xml to the Common Framework directory.
Right-click McAfee Framework Service and select Start.
Update the product.
Solution 2 - Delete FrameworkManifest.xml and reinstall the Common Management Agent (CMA)
It is necessary to delete FrameworkManifest.xml because it may not be removed or replaced when an uninstall/re-install is undertaken.
Step 1 - Allow VSE files and settings to be modified (VirusScan Enterprise 8.5i and higher only)
Click Start, Programs, McAfee, VirusScan Console.
Right-click Access Protection, then select Properties.
Select Common Standard Protection.
Select Prevent modification of McAfee files and settings and disable this option.
Click OK.
Step 2 - Delete FrameworkManifest.xml and reinstall CMA:
Delete FrameworkManifest.xml from the following path:
For VSE 8.5i (running on Windows Vista)
x:\Program Data\McAfee\Common Framework
For VSE 8.5i (running on Windows XP and earlier)
x:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\McAfee\Common Framework

Restart your computer.
Re-install the Common Management Agent (CMA) / ePO agent.

Any of the following update methods will result in the AutoUpdate error:
Right-clicking the McShield icon in the system tray and selecting Update Now
Right-clicking the AutoUpdate in the VirusScan Console and clicking Start
Creating a new scheduled task
Editing the properties of the existing AutoUpdate task
Cause
FrameworkManifest.xml has become corrupted.
Solution 1
McAfee Agent 4.0
Changes in the design of the McAfee Agent 4.0 will prevent the corruption of the FrameworkManifest.xml file.

Solution 2
Common Management Agent
Solution 1 - Obtain FrameworkManifest.xml from another computer:
Locate another VirusScan Enterprise (VSE) computer where the updates are working without error.
Copy the FrameworkManifest.xml from the following path:
For VSE 8.5i (running on Windows Vista)
x:\Program Data\McAfee\Common Framework
For VSE 8.5i (running on Windows XP and earlier)
x:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\McAfee\Common Framework
For VSE 8.0i (running on Windows XP and earlier)
x:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Network Associates\Common Framework
Paste the file to portable media or network share that can be accessed by both computers.
Click Start, Run, type services.msc, and click OK.
Right-click McAfee Framework Service and select Stop.
Copy FrameworkManifest.xml to the Common Framework directory.
Right-click McAfee Framework Service and select Start.
Update the product.
Solution 2 - Delete FrameworkManifest.xml and reinstall the Common Management Agent (CMA)
It is necessary to delete FrameworkManifest.xml because it may not be removed or replaced when an uninstall/re-install is undertaken.
Step 1 - Allow VSE files and settings to be modified (VirusScan Enterprise 8.5i and higher only)
Click Start, Programs, McAfee, VirusScan Console.
Right-click Access Protection, then select Properties.
Select Common Standard Protection.
Select Prevent modification of McAfee files and settings and disable this option.
Click OK.
Step 2 - Delete FrameworkManifest.xml and reinstall CMA:
Delete FrameworkManifest.xml from the following path:
For VSE 8.5i (running on Windows Vista)
x:\Program Data\McAfee\Common Framework
For VSE 8.5i (running on Windows XP and earlier)
x:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\McAfee\Common Framework
For VSE 8.0i (running on Windows XP and earlier)
x:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Network Associates\Common Framework
Restart your computer.
Re-install the Common Management Agent (CMA) / ePO agent.
